Atherfield Bay Holiday Camp Isle of Wight badge Birmingham Medal Co

A very scarce original circa 1935 to 1938 early period 'Atherfield Bay Holiday Camp pin badge'; gilt brass example depicting rocks sea and sunrays, the reverse impressed with early maker's details 'Birmingham Medal Co' (a format used between 1922 to 1938). Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
Diameter 26mm.

Atherfield Bay Holiday Camp Isle of Wight opened in 1935.

In 1939 the badge maker 'Birmingham Medal Co.' changed it name to 'Birmingham Medal and Badge Co'.
