WW2 Metropolitan Police Special Constable war reserve badge

A good original Second World War period 'Metropolitan Police lapel badge', Crowned circular chromium plated example, the centre bearing 'MP' on blue enamel ground, title scroll below 'War Reserve'; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel.
