WW1 National Reserve Class I Hackney London badge

A very scarce original First World War period large gilt badge inlaid with red and white enamel, '11' impressed to the right side rifle butt, the reverse with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London' and impressed with official issue number '28539 HACKNEY' Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, slight nick to the enamel in the one o'clock position, gilt finish remains bright.
