A scarce original First World War period London Westminster 'Belgravia War Hospital Supply Depot badge'; gilt brass small white enamel octagon shaped shield, the centre bearing a Red Cross 'WHSD' letters between each arm with Belgravia and Westminster above and below, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Bolton'. Very good condition, complete with original pin shank, hook an vintage replacement, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
