WW1 On War Service 1914 munition workers badge rare maker CHAs. BACH

A good original First World War period badge possibly for 'Charles Bach Birmingham' a rare badge maker; central gilt Crown within blue enamel title surround 'On War Service 1914'; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'CHAs. BACH BIRMm.' and official issue number 'D6535'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
