Royal Navy HMS Formidable official tampion ships crest iron badge

A scarce original circa 1939 period 'HMS Formidable official ships badge'; very heavy duty iron pentagon shape crest inscribed 'FORMIDABLE' and surmounted by a Naval Crown, the centre bearing five crossed tridents. Very good condition, with what appears to be the original paintwork, complete with purpose made iron shaped backing plate attached by six screws, with the option to hang or stand as a table top.
