Boer War slouch hat and rifle patriotic badge

A scarce original circa 1900 period 'Boer War patriotic badge', gilt brass miniature rifle mounted on the barrel a soldiers slouch hat, the sling below set with red, white and blue stones; the reverse impressed with 'Rd 352967' a registration design and patent date of 1900. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings.
