WW1 Wharncliffe War Hospital 1915 pin badge Sheffield

A rare original First World War period 'Wharncliffe War Hospital 1915 badge'; large ornate gilt brass example, with three enamel shields in relief, bearing in turn the Rose for South Yorkshire, Red Cross and the Coat of Arms from the Sheffield City, with ribbon title scrolls below. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks or damage to the enamel.
