London Transport Board senior staff free road and rail travel pass badge

A rare original circa 1963 to 1969 short lived period 'London Transport Board unmarked silver pass' issued to senior staff as a means of identifiction, to provide them with free travel on railway underground, bus and coach services; the obverse displaying an embossed 'Griffin' over three tier 'London Transport Board'; the reverse with bold underlined 'PASS' and engraved 'R.D.Smith S.235'. Good used condition, complete with original large suspension ring, to attach to watch chain.
