A very scarce original circa late 1920's full size unnamed as issued 'Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service tippet badge', the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1929 and maker's details 'R.Bros' (Randle Brothers). Very good condition, complete with original full length silk ribbon folded and stitched, minor service wear to high points..
