WW2 Royal Air Force RAF salvaged fighter aircraft perspex bracelet
A rare original Second World War period Royal Air Force workshop art, handcrafted from off-cuts of salvaged perpex from a fighter aircraft windscreens and skilfully made into a bracelet, using parts from a RAF brass button to enhance the centre and possibly sold to raise funds for the war effort. An old vintage label accompanying this item inscribed it as a 'Spitfire Hurricane Bracelet. Made from off-cuts of Fighting Aircraft Windscreens'. Very good condition, complete with original basic catch.
