Royal Eastern Counties Hospital silver nurses badge Colchester Essex

A good original circa late 1960's fine quality 'Royal Eastern Counties Hospital nurses qualification badge', silver example in the form of a cross, bearing the Heraldic shields of Essex, Cambridge and Norwich inlaid with red and blue enamel, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1969 and maker's details 'T.F' (Thomas Fattorini). Excellent clean condition, complete with original pin fittings incorporating safety roller catch in good working order, enamel perfect.
