A scarce original circa 1937 to 1952 pattern early issue 'District Rover Scoutmaster hat badge"; Electro Plated Nickel Silver arrowhead in circle, red enamel 'R S' instead of stars, 'Boy Scouts' motto scroll below, the reverse impressed 'E.P.N.S'. Very good condition, complete with original white bristle plume, correct amount of bobbles top and bottom, two flat loops fitting complete with split pin, enamel with minor service wear
