A good original full sized 'Service Medal of the Order of St John', silvered cupro-nickel issue with straight bar suspension; the rim inscribed with engraved naming 'L.Thyer. 1960. 11407/H.' together with a 1939 - 1945 Second World War Defence Medal, cap badge, collar lapel badges and button. Very good clean condition, complete with original silk ribbon and pin fittings, Diameter 38mm.
