WW1 National Reserve North Riding Yorkshire home front badge

A scarce original First World War period 'National Reserve North Riding of York badge', green enamel oval title, Crowned white rose to voided centre, 'North Riding' title scroll in white enamel below; the reverse with maker's details 'J.R.Gaunt London'. Very good clean condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, very minor nick in 12 o'clock position, gilt finish remains bright.
