A scarce original circa 1955 London district 'South West Middlesex Group Hospital Management Committee badge' bearing red cross and motto 'Servite in Laetitia', the reverse impressed with Chester silver hallmarks for 1955, maker's details 'T.J.S' (Thomas James Skelton) and inscribed to the recipient 'Anneliese Rambow. July 1959'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
