Royal Air Force handmade RAF badge made from a silver florin coin

A unique one-off original 'trench art' Second World War period bulbous RAF badge, skillfully made from a George V silver florin coin, the reverse bearing part details of the coins obverse. Good condition, lead solder applied pin fittings, HOOK now broken off.
