WW1 London District Railway Stations buffet canteen war workers badge

A scarce original First World War period 'London District pin badge' in the form of a large gilt white enamel title surround, with an applied large 'Cornucopia' horn of plenty (symbol of abundance and nourishment) to voided centre. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, the shank with make do replacement pin, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains bright.
