RAF No 83 Pathfinder Squadron Royal Air Force silver pilot's wing brooch

A superb very unusual style circa 1940 period 'RAF No 83 Bomber Squadron Royal Air Force silver and enamel pilot's wing badge' depicting a red deer's antler to voided centre and motto 'Strike to Defend' the reverse impressed 'Silver'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel with minimal wear.
