British Legion womens section membership badge

A scarce original early large pattern 'British Legion womens section gilt and enamel badge', the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Birmingham Medal Co', issue number '143421' and 'Rd686642' a Registered Design and Patent Number for 1922. Excellent condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect, gilt remains bright.
