Clerical & Administrative Workers Union CAWU badge circa 1941 to 1972

A scarce original circa 1940's 1950's period 'Clerical & Administrative Workers Trade Union badge'; gilt brass hexagon pattern example, inlaid with white, blue and brown enamel, depicting a scribe in Georgian era suit writing at a desk with title scroll below 'C.A.W.U.'; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St. Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect, gilt finish remains bright.
