A scarce original early post 1953 'Queen Alexandra's Royal Naval Nursing Service Superintending Sister tippet rank badge', gold wire bullion padded Queen's Crown surmounting Queen Alexandra cypher of crossed initials 'A' intertwined around a gold wire anchor, Red Cross below within bullion circle, the reverse with black hession backing. Very good condition, colour and bullion remain bright.
