Post Office Engineering Honorary Member union badge 1919 to 1985

A very good original circa 1940's 'Post Office Engineering Union lapel badge'; small circular gilt example inlaid with red, white and blue enamel, bearing shield with clasped hands to the centre and 'P.O.E.U. 1887' below, and additional scroll below 'HON MEMBER'; the reverse with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St. Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no damage to the enamel, gilt finish remains in mint condition.
