WW1 West Lancs British Red Cross & Order of St John overseas service badge

A scarce original First World War period 'West Lancashire St John Ambulance War Service gilt and enamel badge', depicting the emblem of the joint war organisation the 'British Red Cross Society & Order of St John', the reverse impressed with official low issue number '961'. Very good condition,complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
