Boy Scouts silver thanks badge & case circa 1938

A scarce original 1936 to 1967 early issue 'Boy Scouts silver gilt thanks badge', the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1938 and maker's details 'D.G.C' (D G Collins Ltd London). Very good condition, complete with original pin fitting and housed in a early style 'Scout Shop' presentation case, with velvet fitted lining, securing catch in good working order.
