A scarce original post 1991 'B T First Aid Centre 5 years valued service award badge' chromium plated example in the form of a small white enamel Maltese Cross, this mounted with shield inlaid with red enamel and St.John symbol. Very good mint condition, complete with original card backing with inscription.
