A scarce original wartime period 'Holland County Council Lincolnshire air raid welfare home front badge' circular gilded brass example inlaid with red enamel displaying a quartered red, white and blue shield bearing 'Arms of Lincoln City, Spalding and Boston, the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Butler 48 Vittoria St. Birmingham. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
