Whipps Cross Hospital London 1929 silver nurses badge by Mappin & Webb

A scarce original fine quality 'Whipps Cross Hospital badge' in the form of a cross on suspension ribbon bar; the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1929 maker's details 'MN & WB' (Mappin & Webb London), and inscribed 'Nurses Examination Second Prize' 'Doris Irene Copcutt. 1930'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings.
