A scarce original First World War period 'National Reserve Middlesex badge', blue enamel Imperial Crowned title circlet, bearing gilt shield displaying 'Arms of Middlesex' three Seaxes shield to voided centre. Very good condition, complete with original heavy duty pin fittings, no damage to the enamel
