A scarce original circa 1940's period 'British Red Cross Society Vice-President and Honorary Vice-President badge'; crowned oval gilt metal example bearing red cross on white enamel ground within title surround; mounted on a maroon watered silk ribbon with one star denoting rank and suspended from a white enamel 'Suffolk' bar. Excellent condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
