Boy Scouts Assistant Scoutmaster officer hat badge

A scarce original 3rd pattern "Assistant Scoutmaster Officer's hat badge", Electro Plated Nickel Silver example, arrowhead in circle bearing 'Boy Scouts' motto scroll below; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Collins London', 'E.P.N.S' and registered, design and patent number "Rd 535292" for 1909. Very good condition, complete with original red bristle plume and bobbles top and bottom (the lowest tucked under), two original flat loop fittings and split pin.
