County of Kent Registered District Nurse Badge

A good original circa 1970's 'County of Kent registered district nurse badge'; large yellow chromium plated title circlet inlaid with red enamel, cross to voided centre, with an applied shield bearing the 'White Horse of Kent' on red enamel ground. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no damage to the enamel.
