Parachute Regiment silver and enamel winged badge

A rare original circa mid 1940's British made 'Parachute Regiment brooch' or possibly mess dress badge, black and white canopy flanked by plain silver wings, the reverse impressed 'Sterling'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel intact.
