St Georges Hospital London silver nurses buckle

A scarce original 'St George's Hospital nurses buckle', large oval, the centre bearing an embossed 'Saint George and the Dragon' within a hammered border, the reverse impressed with Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1992 and maker's details 'JRG&S' (J.R.Gaunt & Sons). Very good condition, complete with both halves, associated ribbon present but detached.
