A scarce original large nickel circular convex arm badge, the centre depicting the St. John Ambulance Maltese Cross logo within title surround 'The St. John Ambulance Brigade', with scroll below bearing the 'Great Eastern Railway' initial 'G.E.R'. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings.
