Triumph Cycle Co advertising road maps by George W. Bacon

A scarce original circa pre 1922 period set of vividly coloured road maps issued by the 'Triumph Cycle Company Ltd Coventry' in eight sections (NUMBER 4 NOW ABSENT), each displaying the Triumph logo and proclaiming: 'WORLD FAMOUS MOTOR CYCLES, CARS & CYCLES, inscribed to the lower edge 'G.W.Bacon & Co Ltd London.' Good condition, colours remain bright, fold lines, minimal wear, contained in their original green leatherette case with early style open press stud fitting, in working order but stiff so requires careful handling, patina remain good, very minor stitching faults to inside of flap.
