Boy Scouts 2nd class first pattern award brass sleeve badge

A very scarce original 'Boy Scout BE PREPARED brass scroll worn on the left sleeve, the original solid ends now fretted, bearing registration numbers "REGd 539538" a design and patent year of 1909. Very good condition, complete with original two loop fittings and split pin, retaining twisted wire thong to base.
