WW1 Richardsons Westgarth & Co Ltd on war service badge

A scarce original First World War period 'On War Service badge' crowned circular gilt example inlaid with red and blue enamel, the centre depicting an elliptic double white scroll 'Richardsons Westgarth & Co Ltd', the reverse with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Medalist' and with "Reg.638232" a registered, design and patent date of 1914. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, no stress or damage to the enamel, gilt remains bright, an excellent example.
