A scarce original First World War period full-sized 'Queen Alexandra's Imperial Military Nursing Service Reserve' tippet badge, the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1917, maker's details 'B.H.J' (B H Joseph & Co Birmingham) and retailer's details 'Carrington & Co. London'. Very good condition, complete with original silk ribbon, suspension bar with pin fittings in good working order, minimal service wear.
