A good original circa 1950's 'Westinghouse Brake & Signalling Co Ld lapel badge'; small chromium plated and enamel example in the form of a rose displaying the company logo to the centre; the reverse impressed with maker's details 'Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham'. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole fitting, enamel perfect.

Westinghouse Brake & Signal Company Ltd was formed in 1935 when 'Saxby' was dropped from their title. It manufactured railway air braking, signalling, mining and colliery equipment at the engineering works in Chippenham, Wiltshire and Melbourne, Australia.
