RAF No 2 Mechanical Transport Squadron Royal Air Force badge c1950

A good original circa 1950's period 'Royal Air Force No 2 M.T. Squadron gilt and enamel badge', depicting an Elephant holding a log in his trunk and Latin motto "Quocumque Quid Vehere Velitus" (Wherever you may wish to carry something), the reverse impressed with maker's details "H.W.Miller Ltd B'Ham.18". Very good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
