A good original pre-war 'General Hospital Birmingham badge'; silver plated circular example bearing "Unity" scroll above, blue enamel title surround "G.H.B League" red cross to centre on white enamel ground. Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, enamel defect with an attempt to restore at the 12 o'clock position.
