A very scarce original 'North Eastern Hospital silver and enamel nurses badge' in the form of a cross mounted with the 'London County Council Arms' to the centre, the reverse bearing Birmingham silver hallmarks for 1931 and maker's details "F&S" (Fattorini & Son). Good condition, retaining original pin fitting with safety roller now ABSENT making it impossible to stay closed, minor service wear to the enamel. Price reflects.
