British Railways Inspector western region cap badge

A scarce original 1950 to 1956 issue 'British Railways Inspector western region cap badge'; gilded brass example depicting a lion astride a wheel, the central 'Chocolate' enamel bar inscribed 'Inspector'. Good condition, complete with original long two loop fittings now badly bent, no stress marks or damage to the enamel, minor service wear.
