Robertson Golly Standard white waistcoat advertising badge Melsom

A scarce original circa 1950s period 'Robertson's Marmalades and Jams Standard Golly badge'; gilded brass example, wearing light blue coat and white waistcoat displaying the advertising slogan 'Golden Shred'; the reverse stamped in relief with maker's details “Melsom Products Ltd B'Ham". Good condition, complete with original pin fittings, no stress marks to the enamel, minor nicks around the head, surface scratches, gilt finish with wear.
