Boy Scouts membership brass painted enamel lapel badge.

A good original circa 1940's 1950's brass arrowhead with stars and "Boy Scouts" motto scroll below with black painted background usually associated with wartime and post-war utility restrictions. Very good condition, complete with original buttonhole lapel fitting.
