1946 Henley Royal Regatta stewards enclosure badge

A rare original '1946 Henley Royal Regatta gilt and enamel badge', the reverse with maker's details "R.E.Pearce Henley-on-Thames" "Not Transferable" and official issue number "No.480". Very good clean condition, enamel perfect, original cord now absent.

1946 Henley Royal Regatta was the first event to take place after the war, between 1940 and 1945 the regatta did not take place.
