Boy Scouts District Scoutmaster officer EPNS hat badge plume

A scarce original circa 1916 - 1928 pattern "District Scoutmaster Officer's hat badge"; Electro Plated Nickel Silver arrowhead in circle bearing "Be Prepared" scroll below; the reverse impressed "E.P.N.S", maker's details "Collins London" and "Rd 535292" a design and patent year of 1909. Very good condition, complete with original white bristle plume, correct amount of bobbles top and bottom and complete with original rounded loop fittings and split pin. An excellent example.
