American Red Cross Great Britain and Western Europe war worker badge

A scarce original circa 1040's 'American Red Cross G.B.&W.E badge'; small chromium plated example with blue enamel title surround, red cross to the centre on white enamel ground; the reverse with maker's details "Thomas Fattorini Ltd Regent St Birmingham". Very good condition, retaining original pin fittings, enamel perfect.
