A scarce original pre-war 'Royal Hospital and Home for Incurables Authorised Visitor badge'; gilded brass crowned oval, blue enamel title surround, centre bearing the initials "R.H.H.I." on white enamel ground. Very good condition, complete with original pin fittingsn enamel perfect, gilt remains bright.
